I've said before we are very lucky in terms of where we live and evenings like this just prove it!

Life Cycles
I had the idea a few weeks ago of putting together short collections of shots that represent the cycles of life. Unintentionally i had already started that with some of my most recent pictures. So i apologise for re-uploading some pictures however i think they sit so well in this way.

Sunset No 2
This is the follow up from number 2....i was an ace at maths as you can probably tell! Taken a matter of five minutes later and already so beautifully different!
Sunset No 1
It seems i have so many different types of sunset pictures and instead of coming up with individual, unique names each time i think the obvious cop out will be to number them....cheating i know! So here is no.1...not really if you've seen any of my other posts but anyway i digress! It was a beautiful evening but again retro helps make the colours even more dramatic!
Heritage
We had a recent trip up to Montgomery castle which highlighted some of the beautiful views you can get around Wales. I had sort of hoped for really misty weather to give it some atmosphere however it was lovely all the same.
Basking
Dandelions in the sun, who thought that they could be so pretty! With a bit of retro thrown in there to bring out the 'halo'.

Welsh Landscapes
Here are a few lovely atmospheric shots from my recent trip to Wales. It was all very green and lush, however the black and white seems to set the landscapes off.
Transparent
Have been a little absent of late and have been neglecting
my uploading duties! Although I have still been snapping away behind the
scenes…thus meaning I have a huge backlog of pictures to upload! As such the
next week I’m sure will be bumper for uploads. Here are some more flower
pictures, taken in the rare spell of sun we had last week. The sun behind the
petals really brings out the delicacy.
The Thinker
I have already started on some portrait photography for various friends and family however whilst i am building up my experience in this area i will be uploading some samples. This is the first, taken as a more relaxed pose, showing quite a lot of thought i think.
