Stained glass windows can be truly stunning, especially with the light effects they produce. These are taken at St Mary's Shrewsbury where the windows are particularly spectacular.

The differing styles, architecture and opulence of churches is really fascinating and is becoming something of a hobby of mine. This is a lovely piece of stonework from St Mary's in Shrewsbury, well worth a visit with stunning stained glass windows.

Prayers

Whilst nature always provides me with ample photographic material i also have a growing fascination with churches which has increasingly featured in my photography. Here is one from today, not too 'churchy' but a lovely reflective picture i think.
